In this online class we will explore watercolor technique hand-in-hand with color theory using a simplified color palette. Through live demonstration, discussion, in-class exercises, and fun practice projects you will gain comfort with the fundamentals of watercolor technique and accurate color mixing. We will explore various styles of watercolor painting, learn how to approach your subject, and experiment with combining watercolor with other water-soluble mediums such as ink, gouache, and watercolor pencil.
